One must always have A Room with a View

A Room with a View

By E. M. Forster

⭐⭐⭐⭐

This novel is dreadfully long, with perhaps a little too much attention to the finest detail, saying that, however, I really did enjoy it. It is one of those books that you can lose yourself in while you are sat in the sunshine in your garden.

It is a very idealistic novel, and I enjoyed reading this book, but the jury is still out as to whether I will read any more books by this author.

I picked up my copy in Waterstones.

Book verses Film - The Great Gatsby

The Great Gatsby

By

That is what I am talking about. This novel was fabulous from start to finish.

Gatsby is renowned for his lavish parties, but there is a secret that threatens to destroy everything.

This book really grabbed my attention so much that I read it in one sitting. I really enjoyed this novel.

I was really looking forward to watching the movie, and I am pleased to report that it was in every way as fabulous as the book. Leonardo DiCaprio brought Jay Gatsby brilliant to life. I enjoy the movie as much as I did the book!

I picked up my copy of the book at Waterstones and the movie at Amazon.
